For use in industrial production and in advertising. It is made on the basic of a fiber source of laser radiation.
ABILITIES
It puts the accurate, almost indestructible image on products from metals, their alloys, plastic, semiconductors, wood, leather, films etc. in contactless way.
Basic advantages: compactness, low power consumption, a source does not demand adjustment and replacements of accessories, service life of source radiations not less than 30 thousand hours.
APPLICATION
For marking of the metal products, cutting tools, preparations, electric and radio components in a line production with possibility of drawing of through numbering. It is highly effective for drawing of pictures and inscriptions on souvenir production, manufacturing of tables, information metal preparations and instrument panels.
The built-in automatic focusing system appreciably reduces time of drawing of the image and minimizes influence of so-called « human factor». The laser complex is equipped by the computer videosystem allowing operator precisely choose a place of drawing images. Work on a laser complex does not demand from the operator special training. Training is made within 1-2 hours.
